1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
  • Returns must be initiated within 2 days of purchase or delivery.
  • You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Software, licenses, and digital products.
  • Opened consumables (e.g., ink cartridges, toners).
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
  • Products marked as “Clearance” or “Final Sale.”

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment or as store credit.

4. Exchanges

5. Return Delivery Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.
